| Tiivistelmä: | There are practical solutions to the question whether the great experience potential of all companies is utilized in a proper manner. The systematization of the preparation and storage of data and their availability is shown on practical examples. First, the products and activities have to be adjusted. The information elements should compose a statistically supported data bank. This procedure includes preparation of the project, preliminary analysis, definition of segmentation classes, data bank concept and data composition with estimated values. |
