| Tiivistelmä: | A large company asked a trainee to participate in an ambitious modelling project for several factories in order to optimize their overall performance and management. Realizing that the project imagined by computer analysts was impossible to carry out,the trainee put his existence in writing. His report raised a scandal and was examined by the "Ethnography of organizations" group which underlined the importance of interaction between the researcher and the organizations being researched. It was stated that the criticism accepted from a member of the staff is often hostilely received from outsiders. |
