| Tiivistelmä: | Medium and small industrial and engineering enterprises became uncertain regarding their hard- and software projects. It is not clear whether they have to build isles or construct complete solutions. The study describes an ideal for use which does not exist. This ideal of development and construction (D+C) is realizable gradually. The main steps are: project organization, analysis of existing parts, requirements of new spheres, costs of solution, ideal with estimation of cost-benefit. It is essential to control the aim of the project. |
