Tiivistelmä: | There is, of course, no fool-proof method of assessing managerial potential. The behavioural game, conceived as a dynamic assessment centre, brings us however, one step nearer. It offers the possibility of observing the behaviour of managers in the complex interconnected procedures of planning, trading and analysis. A range of criteria is provided for performance evaluation. In certain typical managerial situations desirable performance criteria are established against which observers can compare actual performance in order to obtain a picture of the strengths and weaknesses of the manager under examination. |
