| Tiivistelmä: | Successful management means the mastering of risks. In recent years, risks have acquired another "quality", namely as a result of the unusual magnitudes, effects on the branches as a whole and the increased senzibilization of the public. To safeguard one's own company and complete branches of industry, professional crisis managements, which recognize, prevent or overcome impending dangers efficiently, are becoming more and more important. The grades of crisis potential are specified. Four variants of strategic options are elaborated: reducing the herd; preventing crisis situations; overcoming them; making use out of crisis. |
