| Tiivistelmä: | The taxation reform law in 1990 has changed the special taxation of Berlin as well which was introduced to further Berlin economy. In the new political and economic situation tax allowances are not justified in Berlin, thus maternity pay, the so called passive Berlin allowance, making allowance for children have to be reconsidered. |
