Tiivistelmä:The article presents a LISREL causation model of contacts between Federal Office of Environment Protection and car, motorcycle and household applience producers in the FRG. Dependent variables of the model are information, co-operation, R+D and public relations demand of the said industries. Data on which the model is quantified is extracted from oral interviews performed in 1986. Based on results of computations suggestions are made how to improve marketing policy of the Office.
