| Tiivistelmä: | It is planned to launch commercial TV services in Ireland. The Minister of Communications supports the idea and wants to introduce advanced technology which would make possible to receive the commercial transmissions with the aid of an aerial in a large area. Also independent producers would get more opportunities to make programs which at present is limited by the RTE's monopoly. |
