| Tiivistelmä: | The author developed a list of criteria of the managerial characteristics in a specific organization. Taking into account similarities with other lists, a list of nine generalizable characteristics was obtained. The paper proposes that these characteristics are common but their behavioral descriptors vary between organizations. These characteristics will be important in future organizations, too. |
