| Tiivistelmä: | Ukraine is undergoing a process of completely revising its tax system in an attempt to make it more compatible with the country's movement away from a centrally planned to a market economy. This process started in 1991 when Ukraine - in line with its declaration of independence - adopted legislation intended to replace the USSR tax laws and establish a legal framework for the tax system of an independent Ukraine. Since 1991 the Ukraine tax system has changed significantly. |
