| Tiivistelmä: | At present a large number of restrictive factors existing in the external environment of assets-liability ratio management of commercial banks have exerted influence on the effective operation of management in China. To perfect the external environment, we should quicken the pace of reform and realize the shifts of both economic system and growth mode. To this end, we should cancel the quota management of the central bank towards the credit scale of commercial banks, reform the pegged reserve for savings system and perfect the external environment for replenishing the capital of commercial banks. |
