Tiivistelmä:This article disputes the two prevailing views of organization form in organization theory: the view of a non-changing organization and the one of a constantly changing organization. Instead, the paper introduces a case-study based new model in which organizational change is seen as a combination of organizational variants and invariants. The point is also made that further research on larger samples is still needed.
