| Tiivistelmä: | Organizational learning (hereafter as: o-l.) capability has been considered an essential issue of an organization's effectiveness and potential to innovate and grow. This paper aims to examine the relationship btw. o-l. capability and job satisfaction (herein as: j-s.) through the questionnaire responses of over 150 employees from eight companies in the Spanish ceramic tile industry. Based on the results, o-l. capability and j-s. are suggested to be strongly linked. |
