| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, the development of civilian-owned economy cross the country present the following characteristics: such an economy in rural areas is growing faster than that in cities. The civilian-run sci-tech enterprises have developed more rapidly. The quality of individual economy and private economy has been improved greatly. It takes share-holding system as the main form. But there exist such problems as lack of understanding of it and full support to it, less protection, management and service which are not standardised and the phenomena that some enterprises do not conduct business according to laws and develop blindly. To develop the civilian-owned economy, we should handle well the relationships between developing individual economy and private economy and developing township enterprises, etc. |
