| Tiivistelmä: | In this article the authors will explain the story of "transition without transformation", or post-communism with suspended change, in Serbia and Montenegro (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia), particularly in the area of privatisation. In this respect, privatisation represents a mirror of the entire transformation process. Without genuine transformation of property relations it is hardly imaginable that the power structure of the ancient regime, i.e., state socialism, has really been changed. |
