| Tiivistelmä: | This paper discusses the basic futures of the crisis of the socialist agriculture, integrated with China's agricultural fluctuation reality, pointing that the main reasons for the crisis are lag in technology, less investment in agriculture and the contradictions between the primitive accumulation, rural population growth and economic growth, and faulty, etc. To overcome the agricultural crisis, the author puts forward the idea of strengthening the science and technology of agriculture as the main body, suggests that the scale of nonagricultural capital construction and the high consumption be strictly controlled, and points out that the comprehensive reform in six aspects should be well carried out with proper increase in agricultural investment. |
