| Tiivistelmä: | The organizational form combining specialty house hold and the social service system is now one of the most popular ones in the two-level operating organizations in Shanghai's rural areas. The agricultural workshop is one of the examples. Its features are as follows: (1)The complete set of services are provided by the collective. (2)The people dealing with the farm work also belong to the official personnel of village-run industry and (3)The contracts for production are undertaken at two levels. Another one is the agricultural specialized organization, an enterprise specializing in agricultural production, which has been shaped with the specialized division of work within the collective economy. |
