| Tiivistelmä: | There are over 200 million farmer households in China and at least two thirds of them should gradually leave the farmland. There is only one choice: let the market divide farmers, train and educate them and force them to divide. A part of these farmers will gradually form enterprise-like farm while the majority of them will shift to nonagricultural sectors and to urban areas. This is the objective need of optimal allocation of resources and is the operation law of the market economy. |
