| Tiivistelmä: | New changes in the relation between demand and supply of agricultural products requires not only quickening the pace of reform of agricultural marketization but also perfecting measures to stabilize the agricultural products market and to protect agriculture. Township enterprises should still be the main channel for the transfer of surplus labour force in rural areas to nonagricultural sectors. Industrialization of rural areas must be combined with urbanization. Structural transformation and layout readjustment should be materialized. |
