| Tiivistelmä: | In China, the spot market of agricultural products lacks the mechanism for transferring price fluctuation risk and the mechanism for adjusting beforehand. To make China's agriculture move out of the situation of the abnormal fluctuation of supply-demand and production, the futures market of agricultural products must be established. This paper analyses the functions and characteristics of futures market of agricultural products and puts forward the following measures: we should create conditions for the establishment of futures market of agricultural products; The state should further relax control over the prices of agricultural products, encourage the collective and individuals to participate in free trade. Besides, we should standardize transactions in market, select central cities to establish futures exchanges, and in situated system of membership and cash deposit. |
