| Tiivistelmä: | The Uruguay Round (UR) of multilateral trade negotiations under the GATT started in July 1986 and concluded more than seven years later, on 15 December, 1993. Over 100 Contracting Parties were involved and a wide range of issues addressed, including tariffs, non-tariff barriers, agriculture, textiles and clothing, tropical products, trade-related intellectual property rights (TRIPs), trade-related investment measures (TRIMs), and GATT disciplines and rules. |
