| Tiivistelmä: | The transition of agricultural banks to commercialized ones means establishing and perfecting the operation mechanism, rather than merely giving authority to root-level branches and departments. What has to be done is to reform the existing system of property right, as well as the management system of fund plans, strengthen the management of credit assets risks, improve the risks-prevention mechanism, diversify assets, reform the system of organizational management, and to readjust the credit structure. |
