| Tiivistelmä: | During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, protective and supportive policies should be implemented in agriculture; the state's price subsidies to farm produce should be shifted from links of consumption to those of agricultural production; prices of domestic farm produce should be allowed to exceed those on world markets; prices of means of production are to be stabilized; price relations between agricultural products need to be improved. The gap between agricultural and nonagricultural labor benefits must be narrowed. It's also necessary to establish a consultative committee on prices of farm produce, formulate relevant laws and regulations, and make everything law-governed. |
