| Tiivistelmä: | As China is gradually shifting to the socialist market economy drastic changes will occur in strategies of guarantee of China's supply of grain. The government will no longer be solely responsible for food supply to urban residents as was the case under the state's planned economy system, but will ensure supply of food indirectly by means of macro control. by guiding rational distribution of land resources; finding immediate solutions to insufficient distribution of grain-production resources; arousing the incentives of farmers and ensure a continuous growth of the rate of commercialization of grain. |
