| Tiivistelmä: | The Chinese government's consistent policy of solving its domestic grain problem is to basically meet the domestic needs by relying on itself and adjust the surplus and deficiency of some products through international market. A series of policies have been made, including the main following five aspects: 1. Protecting farmland and stabilizing the area of land sown with grain crop. 2. Arranging the distribution of production reasonably. 3 Quickening the improvement of medium and low yield land and raising the ability of comprehensive grain production. 4 Continuing to build the state's commodity grain base. 5 Protecting peasants' enthusiasm for grain production. |
