| Tiivistelmä: | Since liberation, there emerges the situation of "going up north and moving westward" in grain production in China. The outstanding problems under the state that demand for and supply of grain keep basically balanced is the increasingly serious unbalance between regions. In regard to the remainders of grain and the structure of strains, adaptable adjustment should be made. The way out lies in increasing supply and technological progress which are crucial; balance between supply and demand;structural adjustment which is the key point; balance between regions and market which are the basis; participating in the international trade and expanding the capacity of balancing demand and supply. |
