It is the continuously expanding demand for farm products resulting from the large population base and long-standing low income level in the opinion of the people advocating demand expansion, the inadequate resource supply which is still decreasing in quantity and falling continuously in quality in the opinion of the people advocating shortage of resources, the backward production technology and irrational technological structure in the opinion of the people advocating backward technology, the irrational system arrangement in the opinion of the people advocating system barrier, and the poor coordination in many aspects between agricultural production and economic development in the opinion of the people advocating poor coordination. |
