| Tiivistelmä: | China's two major tasks in agricultural and rural economic development in the coming 15 years are to ensure the stable growth of major agricultural products like grain, cotton and oil bearing crops and that peasants lead a quite comfortable life while at the same time promoting agricultural industrialization, that is, making planting (raising) and marketing a coordinated process and integration of trade, industry and agriculture. To conduct comprehensive agricultural development, we should continue to take enhancing the capacity of grain production and have a production capacity of newly increased grain of 20 billion kg. during the 9th 5-Year Plan period, In terms of promoting marketization of rural economy, we should cultivate pluralized subject of rural market, perfect rural market system and improve rural social service system. |
