| Tiivistelmä: | China's agriculture lags behind other industries in terms of both foundation and speed of development. It still belongs to the typical high-input and low-output extensive agriculture model. The measures for reform and development of agriculture are as follows: 1. putting more efforts on the reform of agriculture and enhancing the internal driving force of agricultural development by taking the organizational form featuring commercialization, specialization, being scientific and modernization; 2. actively developing industrialized operation; 3. accelerating the application and dissemination of science and technology; 4. increasing the government's basic fund input in agriculture; 5.strengthening policy support to agriculture; 6. putting agriculture in the first place conscientiously. |
