| Tiivistelmä: | Agricultural policy related finance is an important leverage protecting and supporting agricultural development. To bring into play its function in eliminating poverty, the following should be done well: we should increase the total loan volume, grasp the loan purpose and distribute the loans for helping the poor in a spirit of encouraging the advanced and spurring the backward on. We have to improve procedure of management and make the details of the plan on loans worked out basically before the end of March. Besides, we must adhere to the principle of loan repayment, implement the preferential policy and strengthen the management of loans for getting better results of utilization. |
