| Tiivistelmä: | China's agriculture takes 240 million rural households, scattered, small and weak as the basic unit. It is the major barrier to China's agricultural industrialization. This paper has the following ideas about this issue: 1. The construction of the industrial organizations is the basic construction of agricultural industrialization. 2. The following organization forms may be taken: company plus households, household led by professional association and households led by a marketing organization and etc. The unified, standard and comprehensive peasant association should be taken as the main form as long as it is possible and it is then supplemented by other forms. Such organiza- tions should reprent peasants' interests and practise democratic management. The government should give guidance to them. Peasants should join them on a volunteer basis. |
