| Tiivistelmä: | The encroachment of farmers' interests is not only a traditional economic problem, but also a increasingly serious political problem. To protect farmers' interests, measures must be taken to lighten farmers' burdens and perfect government's function in the agricultural field, including functions of protection, regulation, control, and guidance. Government should strengthen the construction of economic organizations in the countryside. With regard to the economic aspect, government should check the unhealthy tendency of the illegal occupancy and abuse of land. It should protect farmland and gradually solve the problem of the property right of rural land as well as perfect a series of agricultural systems, such as land system, purchase and sale system of grain and cotton, etc. |
