| Tiivistelmä: | The system of contracted household responsibility related to output is fundamentally fit for the demand from the development of productivity in the countryside of China. However, the intrinsic contradiction of such system always exists and tends to aggravate increasingly. The vulnerable organizational basis of agricultural economy can hardly support the stable development of rural economy in the long run. The stratum with power and influence has sprung up and the social strength of ordinary farmers has been weakened. The institutional innovation in rural areas lacks subjects. Problems to be solved in the new round of institutional innovation in rural areas include: deepening the reform of land system in rural areas; the reform of economic system as well as administrative and managerial system in rural areas; the reform of financial budget system in rural areas. |
