| Tiivistelmä: | Stability indicates that the double-deck managerial system, the principal part of which is the system of contracted household responsibility related to output, will not change over a long period of time. The form of family-run operation entitles farmers to full powers in decision-making and operation. Responsibility for their own profits and losses as well as self-accumulation are beneficial to the promotion and protection of farmers' enthusiasm for production. Reform indicates transformations of the link of unified collective management in the double-deck managerial system, the purpose of which is to make the property rights of tangible and intangible assets owned by collectives clearer, the power of operation more definite and the responsibilities and interests more direct. |
