| Tiivistelmä: | The agricultural investment of Hong Kong businessmen include the amounts of projects and the contractive money, which are the first one in the same business ,about 40%. The projects with middle scope (between 1 million dollars and 5 million dollars) are about 40.4%. For abstracting much more Hong Kong's capital and other foreign-capitals on the agricultural department,I suggested that agricultural production's tax should be decrease or free; heighten the government efficiency;stop collecting fee disorder. The government should give allowance to the agricultural departments to have road fixed and use electricity ,loose restriction on wholesale and retail of agricultural production;take cooperation with the government of Hong Kong Special Region ,and make agricultural investment plans,etc. |
