| Tiivistelmä: | The transformation of agricultural labour and urbanization is a matter of great strategic significance for China. A strategy is presented for this transformation. The solutions to surplus agricultural labour in China, the internal structures of agriculture should be changed. Within the country, rural industry should expand to transfer the farming population to other trades. China can make the best of large numbers of workers to develop the export of labour-intensive types of products and absorb rural labour into the international trade cycle. |
