| Tiivistelmä: | The agricultural policies of developed countries and within it Switzerland are presented with special reference to subsidies. Swiss agriculture produces a surplus of food and a deficit of environmental goods. A simulation model is set up for Swiss agriculture with three scenarios: 1/Following present agricultural policy; 2/ Doing away with protectionism; 3/ Separate price and income policy. |
