| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of the paper is to make progress towards providing a framework for organization and management scholarship; to appreciate the nature, determinants and co-evolution of organizations and their structure, performance and impact on their environment. It is suggested that this purpose can be served by a framework that explores the nature, determinants, trade-offs, causal pathways and co-evolution and co-determination between value capture and creation and their relationship to organisational sustainable advantage under conditions of uncertainty and change. |
