| Tiivistelmä: | Since the 80's year, the increasing range of the amount of transport passenger has decreased year by year, even occurred the minus increasing. We should introduce the system of competition and push the public transport enterprises to the market. We also need open the road system for special purposes, create the preferment condition for public buses. We should use many kinds of methods comprehensively to optimize passenger transport structure, keep the preferment status of public transport, develop the high-speed transport with the track speedily. |
