| Tiivistelmä: | Top management generally involves itself in the formulation of a written overall development plan. However, other roles, including allocation of funding and time , resolution of conflicts with the expert systems project team, user involvement, and training receive relatively little attention. The objective of this study is to investigate the role of top management in the administration of ES projects, with the aim of providing some useful, practical guidelines for senior executives in companies that either have an ongoing ES project or are planning to start one in the near future. |
