Tiivistelmä: | The author points out that there exists a gap in the business operation of Chinese large-and medium-sized commercial enterprises according to the requirements of modern market economy. In view of this, he thinks that we should renew our concept and foster the sense of customers as the God, integral development, overall co-ordination, development and long term development, and correspondingly take the tactics of service-oriented operation, strategically operation, systematised operation and innovative operation. In addition, he holds that we should innovate our train of thought. We should conduct system reform, perfect the information system of business operation and marketing and strengthen the training of personnel. |
