| Tiivistelmä: | In the present stage, under the basic framework of legal and technological standards, the subject of market supply has taken shape initially and the actual and potential market demand is quite considerable. But there still exist some problems. The strategy of business operation and marketing stresses economic returns but belittles social benefits. People are very weak in the understanding of law and have strong motives of speculation. The phenomena of deception and violating regulations often appears. This paper raises the following suggestions: deepening reform, changing the old concept, perfecting laws and regulations and standardizing business operation, strengthening the building of financial institutions themselves and perfecting the condition for business in an effort to create a good environment by using a scientific method. |
