| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of rationalizing the structure of commercial enterprises in China, both the government and enterprises find themselves in an important position. On one hand, the government may adjust the market structure, standardize the behaviour of enterprises and industry and increase the effect of market by formulating the policy of commercial industrial organization, thus realizing the effective competition. On the other hand, commercial enterprises may optimize their external structure through structural adjustment and their internal structure by strengthening business operation and management. |
