| Tiivistelmä: | The objectives of reorganizing the commercial listed companies of Zhejiang province are to reestablish their advantages in competition, improve their performance in business operation, enhance their ability of raising funds and promote the intensive business operation and industrial up grading. At the same time, the structural adjustment will be made with a view to promoting the development of other industries with advantages and bringing into full play the role of every listed company in Zhejiang province. The model option is to reexamine and approve the business positioning and development strategy of the commercial listed companies with structural adjustment of property rights as breakthrough. This paper also discusses the suggestions on reorganization, taking two large groups as the simulated cases. |
