| Tiivistelmä: | Since 1998, the tourism in Hainan province has undergone three stages--rapid development, standardizing behaviour and steady development. Hainan's successfully experience in this line is as follows: 1.establishing a correct industrial development strategy complying with Hainan's economic development law; 2.implementing the government-led strategy and stressing "ruling tourism by law", thus providing good environment for the development of tourism; 3.taking the lead in participating in the international competition in a bid to increase the market share; 4. running tourism depending on the whole society, which has made Hainan's tourism develop rapidly. Hainan's experience has great inspiration to Zhejiang province. So after making comparison between both provinces, the author raises some suggestions on developing Zhejiang province's tourism. |
