| Tiivistelmä: | Starting with the comparative studies of economic development, this paper makes division as to the development stages of commodity circulation system, describes the basic features of each development stage, makes comparison and the draws some policy conclusions. The author thinks that overall, the development of China's commodity circulation system is compatible with the economic development level, but compared with the levels in the early days of China's commodity circulation system development, some indicators are relatively backward, especially in employment, output value, market structure and system of enterprises. Judged from the above, China's commerce has not over developed. In stead, it is under developed. Both its quantity and quality need to be increased and improved urgently. |
