| Tiivistelmä: | The target of strategic reorganization of state-owned commercial assets is to concentrate the assets on the three major fields--major commodities, wholesale and large-sized state-owned domestic and foreign trade enterprises whose business operation is of vital importance to the nation's economy. There are two kinds of forms of reorganization of state-owned commercial assets. One is to take the forms of investment, equity participation and merger through market. The other is the government's transferring assets gratuitously. The reorganization will be conducted in the spirit of arousing the enthusiasm of both the government and enterprises. The difficult point in reorganization of state-owned assets is how to break the restriction of ownership and regional and industrial restrictions. |
