| Tiivistelmä: | Currently, there are five problems existing in Chinese utilization of foreign capital: 1. Structure; 3. Share holding; 4. Market; 5. Brand. The author thinks that China's current foreign capital utilization level is quite lo and in future, China still need to utilize more foreign capital. In view of current situation, a lot of irrationality in the investment structure of China's foreign capital utilization, which have an effect on the result of utilizing foreign capital. Too large share-holding scale by foreign capital weakens the scientific research ability of domestic enterprises, influences the rational layout and regulation of domestic industrial structure, and is unfavorable to the fair competition in domestic market. |
