| Tiivistelmä: | The paper develops a new measure scale of knowledge sharing behavior(KSB) with desirable psychometric properties. This is achieved through using four processes: specifying domain of construct, generating scale items, purifying scale, and validating scale. The new KSB scale consists of 4-dimensional, 28-item, 5-response choice frequency scale. Written contributions, organizational communication, personal interaction, and communities of practices are incorporated in the scale. |
