| Tiivistelmä: | A study was conducted to compare the characteristics of men in female-and- male concentrated occupations, to determine which of these characteristics best discriminates between the two groups in a multivariate context and to investigate empirically some of the assumptions of the literature.Using a more representative and occupationally diverse sample than previous research, the study found that there were differences between the two groups of men, but not exactly in the ways that previous research might predict. |
